Residential Care

Residential care is for those who cannot continue to live in their own home, even with the support of home care services. Residential care provides day to day support in a safe and comfortable environment whilst giving loved ones or carers peace of mind knowing residents are in a secure and supportive space. The care needs of individuals will be assessed and a personalised care plan will be devised to suit the ability and requirements of prospective residents whilst preserving their independence, choice and dignity.

The care plan is constantly monitored and updated in order to ensure that, as individual care needs change over time, each resident is receiving the appropriate care.

Residential Care can be for a short period (Respite Care), long term or permanent. We also offer day-care options with full access to all facilities.

Dementia Care

This is for people living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Whether dementia is in its early stages or advanced, we can offer care suitable for you.
